Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Liège. This role involves the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization, ensuring smooth transitions and providing top-notch support to our users.
What you will be doing
Windows 11 Rollout: Lead the deployment of Windows 11, including planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
User Support: Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Training: Conduct training sessions for users to familiarize them with Windows 11 features and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across all systems.
What you will Have:-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11. Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
