Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate teams, including staff and subcontractors, acting as the central point of contact on-site.
* Ensure technical preparations and manage execution plans to guarantee efficient and timely project completion.
* Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, proactively addressing any issues.
* Develop and optimize daily and weekly schedules, monitor productivity, and make adjustments when necessary.
* Review and validate invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
* Report directly to the site manager or project manager, sharing updates and insights.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in civil works.
* Strong technical and practical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead teams effectively.
* Proficiency in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French and English.
* A VOL-VCA certification.
