Operations Director

What you will do:
Team Leadership & Development
1. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Support project teams in overcoming challenges and driving innovation.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
1. Co-develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
Performance & Quality Management
1. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency.
2. Oversee quality management programs and implement risk-minimizing processes.
Innovation & Growth
1. Identify and implement new technologies to enhance operational processes.
2. Collaborate with other departments to integrate best practices that drive customer satisfaction.
Who you are:
You Have:
1. A master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
3. An international mindset with an interest in global operations and business development.
4. Proficiency in English and Dutch.
5. Proven successful leadership experience managing diverse teams.
6. Strong knowledge of process improvement and quality management.
7. An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
