The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Manager Benelux Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world, making an impact by:
* Leading demand generation, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communication.
* Implementing and activating programs, campaigns, and new product launches ensuring regulatory and legal alignment according to local laws and business guidance.
* Influencing area teams providing insights of local market, product performances, competitive intelligence, and trends.
* Determining local calendar for campaigns, events, promotional planning, and execute the implementation.
* Supporting sales, clinical, and channel team, the demand planning process, and the coordination with compliance, regulatory, and legal functions.
* Collaborate internally with the local/area functions and in an international environment, externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar.
* Profound experience in a similar role.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
* Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.

Work location: Hybrid
Travel: May include up to 20% mainly domestic.
