🚀 Information Security and Compliance Analyst 🚀

As an Information Security and Compliance Analyst (ISCA), you will play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity standards across our Belgium and Netherlands operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data protection, compliance with regulations, and increased security awareness among employees.
Responsibilities:
* Security Awareness & Training: Design and lead engaging campaigns to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
* Policy Development: Assist in updating IT and data management policies in coordination with IT, Legal, and HR teams.
* Compliance & Monitoring: Track adherence to security policies, provide compliance reporting, and escalate issues when necessary.
* Documentation & Risk Analysis: Support the maintenance and periodic review of IT asset risk registers.
* Data Protection & Governance: Promote best practices for secure data management across all departments.
* Audit & Certification Support: Contribute to compliance efforts with recognized standards (e.g., NIST, NIS-2) and assist with internal/external audits.
* Security Reporting & Insights: Deliver actionable reports based on training participation, simulated attack results, and other security metrics.
* Project Support: Assist with IT security-related projects, such as business continuity planning (BCP) and data migrations.
Profile:
* 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT.
* Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* General understanding of cybersecurity concepts (deep technical knowledge is not required, but willingness to learn is essential).
* Awareness of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and risk management principles.
* Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate digital risks effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and integrate cybersecurity into business operations.
* Willingness to pursue a recognized security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, etc.).
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Capable of presenting complex security concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and frameworks.
* Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment with a strong service-oriented approach.
* Willing to travel within Benelux and France (approximately 10%).
