Role Overview
The Creative Producer – Content Provider is responsible for creating and managing the production of visual and audiovisual content for TheMerode and CIAO Restaurant. This includes producing videos, podcasts, and multimedia content to support brand storytelling and engagement. The role is based at Profirst Rixensart (3.5 days/week) and TheMerode Brussels (1.5 days/week).
✨ Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Management
* Independently produce high-quality visual and audiovisual content (videos, reels, podcasts, photography, motion design).
* Create snackable content (short-form videos, stories, quick edits) for digital and social media platforms.
* Manage internal productions or coordinate with external providers (shoots, recordings, multimedia projects).
* Oversee post-production, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and deadlines.
Creative Collaboration & Strategy
* Participate in editorial committees to align content production with brand messaging.
* Define content strategies in collaboration with the Senior Editorial Lead and Digital Manager.
* Work closely with creative teams to ensure consistency in storytelling and visual identity.
* Propose innovative content formats to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Project Coordination
* Supervise the full production cycle, from concept development to final delivery.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Manage external collaborators, including freelancers and production agencies.
✅ Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in audiovisual production (video, audio, multimedia).
* Strong technical skills in content creation software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
* Ability to independently create snackable content and manage production workflows.
* Experience working with creative teams and external providers.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
