As Business Analyst Warehouse Operations, you will be fully responsible for realizing new warehouse implementations as well as supporting the business in the field of warehouse and logistical operations. You are part of the international IT team.
Function
You focus on all warehouse-related processes, both manual and automated.
You work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other project managers.
You are responsible for the end-to-end realization or follow-up of new warehouse projects.
You share and implement best practices and facilitate approval of improvement projects with key stakeholders.
You capture & analyze new requirements and translate them into warehouse or transportation system-driven solutions.
You evaluate existing systems with the team and compare them to new market solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
You organize knowledge transfer sessions after the go-live of a project or geographical expansion.
You document implemented processes on the interactive knowledge platform.
you will work from one of the headquarters of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert.) and report to the Competence Centre Lead.
Your Profile
Master's degree or equivalent experience with a strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities.
Experienced in full project cycle implementation and leading a project team or equivalent, with a focus on solution-oriented thinking.
Motivated by diverse projects, eager to learn, and able to communicate fluently with stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP EWM processes, including integration with ERP.
Experience with SAP MFS, WCS, or transportation management tools is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You're willing to travel in a frequent way (20%)
