Position Summary:
Responsible for driving and coordinating sales efforts at existing and target OEM accounts and verticals. A focus account list will be determined by the SAM Director. The SAM will lead and coordinate efforts among Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Manufacturing at these accounts.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
* To drive Brady global sales revenue and pipeline growth within their designated strategic accounts. Opportunities will be managed through SFDC.
* Develop an account plan, account mapping and account overview for their focused accounts to help drive activity across regions. This will be maintained quarterly or when new information is gained.
* Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Account personnel (management, engineering and supply teams). Developing, implementing and managing a focused sales program at target accounts.
* Where necessary partner with Brady’s global sales teams at the assigned accounts.
* Brady Product specification, program allocation development and ownership within their strategic accounts supply chain needs.
* Provide relevant feedback to Brady Managers and cross functional stakeholders regarding Brady’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within the designated vertical industry per their strategic account support.
* To assist in developing sales and supply-chain strategies to ensure penetration and market share growth for designated industry and focused accounts.
* To be the global “go to person” for management, sales, marketing and product development for designated strategic accounts.
* Responsible for industry specific trade shows requests, sales literature, and new product development for their designated strategic accounts.
* Identify and participate in relevant global industry groups and organizations to help develop and implement strategy.
* Each fiscal year an evaluation of the selected accounts and associated opportunities will be done, the SAM and SAM Director will make selection and deletion decisions.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university.
* An advanced degree in business or a related technical field will distinguish the most desirable candidate.
* At least five years of selling an industrial or technical product line.
* Product identification / custom label / Functional die cut experience preferred.
* In addition, at least three years’ experience developing and selling to global electronic accounts or industrial OEM’s.
* A history of high-revenue sales success in previous sales roles.
* Multiple Languages is preferred.
* 40% domestic and global travel required in this position.
