What you will be doing
We are currently looking for a receptionist for a replacement from / to / included. The person will manage reception activities as well as some office management tasks to support the Brussels team of around people.
As a receptionist your role will include but is not limited to:
1. Welcoming and dispatching visitors
2. Answering phone calls, managing the office mailbox, mail and calendar
3. Helping to organise meetings, travels and company events
4. Handling office supplies orders
5. Liaising with internal services, landlords, suppliers for various tasks
6. Acting as point of contact to solve building issues
7. Communicating important information to colleagues via internal channels
What we will need from you
Essential
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
9. Strong organisational and planning skills
10. Excellent IT skills
Desirable
11. A first experience in reception and/or office management would be a strong asset
12. French and/or Dutch or another European language is a plus
13. Experience in a European environment
