Your Impact as a Channel Operations Manager
As the Channel Operations Manager, your mission is to implement and manage Efficy’s Partner Management Platform (PRM) while ensuring the smooth coordination of the product partnership process. You'll act as the central point of contact for channel partners, facilitating onboarding, integration, and communication. Your efforts will play a critical role in developing Efficy's partner ecosystem, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting the strategic objectives of the Head of Indirect.
Key Responsibilities
With your organizational skills and a proactive mindset, you will lead the following key responsibilities:
- Implement and Manage Efficy’s Partner Management Platform (PRM): Oversee the platform to ensure seamless partner interaction and data flow.
- Single Point of Contact for Partner Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for product and commercial integration within the partner network.
- Organize Integration Steering Groups: Facilitate communication between product and commercial teams, ensuring alignment in partner integrations.
- Channel Onboarding: Structure and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the information and materials needed for signing and onboarding new partners.
- Collaboration with Head of Indirect: Assist in identifying new needs within the channel ecosystem and support growth and partner success.
-Integration Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with integration and marketplace teams to refine approaches and meet evolving partner needs.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver essential channel and integration materials on time.
- Support Ecosystem Development: Aid the Head of Indirect in building an internal knowledge-sharing ecosystem for best practices and channel insights.
- Basic Marketing Communications: Provide support with basic marketing communication needs within the channel and integration network.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a "hands-on" mentality.
- Independent, accurate, stress-resistant, and a team player.
