While the accounting operations are conducted in French, proficiency in Dutch is essential as some training sessions will be conducted in that language. Your Responsibilities Invoice Management - Handle invoicing and follow-ups with Account Managers for international departments. Intercompany Transactions - Encode intercompany invoices into the internal database and relevant Excel files. Supplier Invoice Processing - Ensure accurate data entry into various supplier systems. Work In Progress (WIP) Calculations - Perform monthly WIP calculations for different business units. Data & Timesheet Management - Assist in maintaining client databases, timesheet codes, and financial reports. Administrative Support - Act as a backup for invoice processing, timesheet monitoring, and financial reporting for key departments. Process Optimization - Contribute to the improvement of accounting procedures and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions. Your Profile Education - Degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience - Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus. Languages - Fluency in French and/or Dutch is required, with a good command of English. Technical Skills - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) ; experience with accounting software is an asset. Soft Skills - Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team. Adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving responsibilities. What We Offer Permanent Contract (38h/week) - Flexible working hours (7 AM - 7 PM) and up to 3 days of remote work per week.
