Based in Antwerp within a sales and technical team of 4 people in full development, you will be part of a customer service operating in France, Belux and French-speaking Africa whose headquarters are in Paris.
As a true guarantor of commercial procedures, your main missions will be the following:
Communication: Manage and follow up on incoming requests (calls/emails) from specifiers, wholesalers, end customers, installers and internal sales representatives.
Quote: Draw up quotes on the indications of the sales/projects department. To follow up with customers to transform quotes into orders.
Commands: Record orders received. Confirm orders to customers. Track orders until they are actually delivered.
Returns / Credits: Track return/additional remittance requests from the request registration to the credit to the customer. Administrative follow-up of any after-sales service.

Profile sought: With a bac+2 education, you have strong interpersonal skills focused on customer service, complemented by an appetite for technical products and ideally with significant experience in building finishing.
You speak Flemish/Dutch. Réactif.ve and dynamic, you are enthusiastic and motivated to take up this challenge within a company oriented towards the culture of design and high technology. Satisfying the customer is your priority.
Your ability to manage a long-term relationship with your various contacts and your organization are assets that will allow you to succeed in this position.
Position to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Teleworking possible (max 6 days per month).
