Skills & Qualifications
6. You hold a Master's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in technology consulting within the Banking/Payments/Insurance sector.
7. Proven project management skills with experience in planning and executing multiple medium-scale projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants with the ability to manage one to three medium risk projects concurrently, including multi-phase and multi-track projects
8. Project management experience that includes application development and IT transformation projects, and comfortable working within an existing IT project governance framework
9. You have experience in enterprise or solution architecture, business requirements gathering and aligning solutions with sector-related regulations
10. For Banking, knowledge of the following is considered as an asset: Basel, IFRS, COREP, FINREP, MIFIR, MIFID, AML
11. You are fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch and/or French, and English are required.
12. You have excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.

18. Lead and participate in business analysis, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and translate them in IT solutions
19. Communicate project status and be the project advocate; take responsibility for risk and issue management; integrate and align with other processes and solutions; participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization
