* Daily contact with customers via e-mail
* Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
* Providing correct advice to customers
* Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
* Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
* Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data
* You are a customer-oriented, problem-solving team player.
* You preferably have knowledge of customs regulations
* In addition, you are fluent in French and English
* A good knowledge of MS Office
* A knowledge of incoterms is a big plus!
