We’re looking for an experienced manager in the insurance sector to join our team for our Blue Chip Boutique (BCB) Financial Institutions in a hybrid role. In this position, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and project consultants while also being actively involved in the delivery of projects in the value zone.
You’ll be responsible for building and strengthening trusted relationships with our insurance clients in Brussels and Antwerp, creating opportunities for our team of consultants, and helping them grow their expertise. Additionally, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the development of our insurance service offering, driving its growth and evolution.
* Be responsible for business development, building trusted relationships with clients and prospects through solution-building content and knowledge sharing.
* Manage large and key accounts, creating and converting opportunities with both new and existing clients.
* Apply your expertise in the field by leading the journey from client proposal to quality assurance of project delivery.
* Act as a mentor, expertise leader and sparring partner to help our insurance project consultants grow and develop.
* Contribute to thought leadership on key industry topics, enhancing our position as an authority in the field.
* Strengthen and maintain relationships with partners in the insurance industry.
In this role, you will report directly to the two leaders of the Financial Institutions Blue Chip Boutique, which brings together a dedicated team of approximately 65 consultants. You will work closely with our Care (HR), Communication, and Business Development teams to ensure collaborative success.
Your profile
As an Insurance expert manager, you:
* Bring over 10 years of relevant experience, gaining operational and consulting expertise across multiple subdomains of our insurance portfolio, including finance, risk & compliance, operations, and project & process management.
* Possess excellent business development skills, particularly in complex consulting and project selling.
* Are comfortable leading content-driven conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CEOs, establishing credibility and trust.
* Effectively transfer ideas and knowledge through impactful presentation skills and compelling storytelling.
* Are energized by mentoring and inspiring colleagues, guiding them throughout their journey at TriFinance.
* Being fluent in Dutch, French, and English is a must.
