The Parliament magazine is seeking a motivated and creative Campaign Manager to play a lead role in the development, project management and delivery of cross-platform communications campaigns – across our digital and print platforms.
The Role
As Campaign Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of content campaigns - from creative ideation and planning through to production, publishing, and post-campaign reporting. Working closely with our clients and internal teams, you’ll also take ownership of social media promotion for client content, ensuring campaigns reach the right audiences across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of partner content campaigns from brief to delivery
* Develop campaign timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate internal resources
* Serve as the key day-to-day point of contact for clients during campaign delivery
* Collaborate with sales, events, and production teams to develop campaign concepts that meet client objectives and resonate with our audience
* Brief and coordinate content creators, videographers, and other contributors
* Plan and execute social media communications plans to promote client content across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
* Manage editorial workflow to ensure timely delivery of assets
* Present proposals, updates, and reports to clients and internal teams
* Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reports with insights and learnings
Skills & Experience Required
* 2+ years' experience in campaign management, content production, or a similar role in a media, creative, or advertising environment
* Proven track record of delivering content or marketing campaigns on time and to spec
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
* Understanding of content marketing, digital publishing, and audience engagement
* Comfortable with data analysis and campaign reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
* Familiarity with CMS platforms and project management tools is a plus
