The Role
As a Project Manager, together with your team, you lead customer assignments regarding the design and execution of Customer and/or Employee experience transformations.
As a manager, you coach and inspire the consultants to nurture capability and long-term development of the relevant skillset for Customer and/or Employee experience transformation.
You are also a part of the Management team. As such, you play a central role in delivering the company’s vision, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities, and improving our internal processes.
You also develop new client relationships at senior and C-level, identify business development opportunities, manage commercial relations and lead proposals.
Concretely, your responsibilities may include 3 kinds of activities:
Project management
* Become a trusted advisor to our client, with whom you co-create state-of-the-art experience transformation journeys. Help them envision, plan, execute, and adopt their changes in Customer and/or Employee experience.
* Understand, assess, and analyze our client’s needs in terms of customer and/or employee experience.
* Shape, lead and execute projects through activities such as giving inspiration sessions on experience topics, workshop facilitation, journey design, implementation orchestration, etc.
* Leverage technology to define and design omni-channel journeys.
Business Development
* Help our business grow through impactful business development: recognize, create and nurture opportunities, organize and lead the drafting of offers, take part in marketing activities, develop and maintain an active network.
* Identify value creation opportunities for clients, from strategy to implementation.
* Shape business opportunities through the different stages of the sales pipeline and manage client portfolio according to n gage Consulting sales target plan.
Internal involvement
* Be a key member of our Experience Practice.
* Influence and shape the strategic direction of the Practice, work with senior leaders in the firm to drive the business development opportunities, shape value propositions and build high-performing teams around you to deliver quality services to our clients.
* Inspire your fellow practice members during knowledge sharing sessions.
* Continuously develop your knowledge and insights on CX/EX trends.
Your Profile
* You have 4-5 years or more relevant professional experience of leading external client projects and/or internal large experience transformation programs. Ideally, you have gained experience within a Consulting firm.
* You can count on a strong network, including C-Level relationships, which can serve as a start to develop new business opportunities. In general, you build productive and lasting client relationships at all levels.
* You are viewed by clients and colleagues as a referent person regarding Customer and/or Employee experience.
* You are recognized for your leadership skills with a track record in people management and coaching, as well as the ability to build credibility with executive clients.
* You have a knack for technology and innovation.
* You are trilingual (FR/DU/EN) and you demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* You are intellectually curious, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can lead consulting teams and assignments.
* You hold high integrity standards and ethics in business and people management.
* Obviously, your intrepreneurial thinking skills are more than welcome.
