About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Functional Salesforce Consultant (Medior/Senior level) to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, working closely with stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem supports business objectives and drives customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the functional lead on Salesforce projects, focusing on Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations and optimizations.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, flows, automation rules, and page layouts.
* Design customer portals and community experiences using Experience Cloud.
* Support the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Marketing Cloud.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to support adoption and user engagement.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and other consultants to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
* Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices to provide expert-level guidance.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least 1-2 years in a consulting role.
* Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
* Working experience with Marketing Cloud, particularly in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration concepts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Salesforce certifications (such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
