Description:
* Support the sector group manager in management and advocacy activities.
* Assist in strategic engagement on key policy files and with policymakers.
* Organize meetings, virtual meetings/conference calls, and appointments.
* Manage travel arrangements for seamless logistics.
* Play a key role in planning and organizing workshops/events.
* Oversee Task Forces or sub-groups/activities within sector groups.
* Compile comprehensive activity reports summarizing communication analytics, events, media outreach, and publications.
* Manage the Sector Group’s Website & Social Media
Profil
* A bachelor’s degree in Office Management or a related field.
* 1-2 years of valuable experience, ideally as an assistant at the senior management level.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT, complemented by web management and social media prowess.
* Outstanding proficiency in English, both in writing and speech; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Full mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Remarkable time management and organizational skills, showcasing the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Stellar interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
