Job Description: Senior Event Leader Project Management
Position
* Position within The Experience Studio Team BENELUX and international.
* Part of a team, reporting to the leader of the events department, dedicated to multiple clients.
* Working together with account managers, the operations director, project managers, and creative/production teams, as well as freelancers.
* Proficiency in English is essential due to collaboration with creative/production teams based abroad.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the interface between the main client and the project team which you will assemble and leading on any creative.
* Understanding the strategic objectives of our clients, serving as the key contact for stakeholders, and translating strategic goals into event recommendations.
* Demonstrating strong communication skills and providing guidance and solutions to clients on various challenges.
* Managing the response to client requests and overseeing event production, collaborating with creative, production, and logistics teams.
* Advising clients and understanding their strategic expectations while leading the team to meet those expectations.
* Understanding all components of an event (logistic/creative/production) and leading the team accordingly.
Role
* Leading a cross functional event team (content, technical, logistics) to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
* Putting the right project teams in place to define and implement the right profiles, coordinating the project team throughout the event.
* Driving the ideation and creation of concepts, developing content, and being an inspiring leader throughout the process.
* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, including managing timelines and budgets, and gathering client needs to brief various stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the events industry and 3 years in a similar role.
2. Possess strong project leadership qualities, project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Effective stress management skills with the ability to prioritize.
4. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with good decision making skills.
5. Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
6. Empathy and the ability to understand the clients perspective.
