The Senior Customer Advisor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality standards of a dedicated service focused on following up with our end customers from acquisition to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure 100% follow-up of clients from acquisition to final handover, prioritizing customer satisfaction while preserving the company's interests.
* Oversee technical planning and design processes.
* Maintain construction oversight of assigned projects.
* Verify the quality of selected products.
* Provide advice on selecting the most effective products and stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
* Develop and implement procedures for customer follow-up.
* Coach and train junior advisors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a Real Estate-related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales/after-sales management.
* Excellent knowledge of the residential market.
* Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, with English as an asset.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
