We are looking for a Data Office Digital Lead to join us in our Data Office team.
About the role
As the Data Office Digital Lead, you are responsible for the digital solutions in support of UCBs data strategy, focused on governance, cataloging, and search. You will define, implement, and support digital solutions that enable UCBs data strategy ambitions to succeed across the global organization. Technical delivery will be achieved in partnership with IT, but you will be accountable for the solutions, developing those in place as well as shaping future ones.

You will report into the Head of Data Office Digital.
What youll do
* Tactical, operational program wide responsibilities for Data Office digital solution delivery as a member of an agile team. Ensures excellence in delivering technical solutions for the Data Office Strategy.
* Act as a delivery oriented operational Business partner able to support and develop products for data capability that deliver on pressing needs across data analytic science, program/business needs, technology, and process enablement.
* Collaborate intentionally by mediating across interest groups to deliver transversal solutions and leading through influence.
* Be empathetic, curious, and driven by challenges. Proactively address problems in an optimistic manner.
* Contribute significantly to Data Office team preparation: action planning, execution, delivery, and communication at leadership forums/decision boards through to broader community wide communications.
* Be an effective member of the Data Office and the broader Digital Cultural initiative.
* Responsible for Platform Development and Lifecycle.
* Have complete technical ownership of the solution delivery.
Interested? For this position youll need the following education, experience, and skills:
1. Demonstrated delivery of cross functional initiatives preference for systems/data enabled/advanced analytics/process improvement.
2. Hands on experience, development, and expert knowledge of Collibra or similar catalogue/data governance platforms.
3. Understanding and development of workflow tools and engines.
4. Commercial, analytical, and solution oriented thinking; not stifled by ambiguity.
5. Strong understanding of data/computing environments and user experience considerations, especially in data governance. Understanding this in the context of data
