The Compensation & Benefits Department is looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F).
* Manage and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes across the group's various systems,
* Oversee the collection and recording of HR data while ensuring compliance with the country's GDPR regulations,
* Coordinate the payroll deliverables schedule for the various departments, in collaboration with the Payroll Manager,
* Analyze end-of-contract settlements and other local allowances,
* Verify absence counters,
* Monitor and manage the reconciliation of discrepancies between timekeeping records and payroll calculations,
* Prepare verification and analysis reports,
* Maintain and update payroll plans,
* Administer the integration of new management scopes into the timekeeping system,
* Ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
Holding a degree in payroll management or human resources, you have at least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally in an accounting firm and/or a payroll outsourcing company.
You are experienced in working with multiple collective bargaining agreements and have excellent Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP is essential.
