Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely follow-up of customer requests, from order placement to confirmation.
* Schedule deliveries and manage shipments efficiently to meet customer needs.
* Manage back orders and proactively address complaints in conjunction with our quality service team.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships between our company and customers, ensuring exceptional quality service.
Requirements
* Substantial experience in an administrative role, preferably within the food sector.
* Proficiency in French and Dutch language skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Excel software.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while upholding ethical values.
