WHAT WE DO IN SEEKER
The mission of the Seeker domain at Aviv is to make finding your home a joyful process. We accomplish that by building a multi-brand, multi-market platform across web and app that guides seekers effortlessly to their happy place. We are structured into Pillars to reflect the customer journey (Attract, Connect, Retain). Each pillar has 4-5 impact teams focused on solving a specific set of customer problems. This role reports into the Director of Product of the Connect Pillar.
Qualifications
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO :
You will play a privotal role in shaping our B2C advertising and monetization portfolio. You will focus on creating and enhancing experiences that drive user engagement and revenue, ensuring ads are effective for advertisers and valuable for users.
THE ROLE
1. Lead high-impact advertising and monetization initiatives, partner closely with many teams across Aviv and drive measurable business impact ;
2. Leverage your commercial acumen and product skills to most effectively monetize the B2C user journey and further our growth ;
3. Define and own the roadmap, align it with Aviv’s strategy, OKRs and targets ;
4. Bring new advertising and monetization offerings to market. You’ll scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship as early as you can ;
5. Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in testing and after full release ;
6. Continuously monitor and analyze core KPI adjusting to balance company revenue, B2C user engagement and B2B customer satisfaction.
AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS :
7. 4+ years of Product Management experience ;
8. 2+ years experience in high traffic products focusing on advertising or related B2C monetization and revenue growth activities ;
9. Seamlessly go into detail about an idea with engineers, context switch to explain the overall idea to a stakeholder, and then context switch again to explain the priority/sequencing of the idea to senior management ;
10. Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You need to be comfortable with both getting your hands dirty as well as driving cross-team initiatives while having a strong sense of stakeholder management ;
11. Entrepreneurial, fast and highly motivaed; you don’t need direction ;
12. Commercial-mindset, understand business levers and are outcome-oriented; aside from being data-driven and analytical ;
13. English fluent (C2 or native).
