The Position
Patient Journey Partner, an exciting function within Roche bringing added value for patients, the ecosystem & Roche!
At Roche, we are passionate about transforming patients’ lives, and we are bold in both decision and action - we believe that good business means a better world. We commit ourselves to scientific accuracy, strong ethics, and access to medical innovations for all. We do this today to build a better tomorrow.
We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced, strategic and patient-centric professional to join our team as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Hemophilia and other rare blood disorders. This is a senior-level, field-based role where you will actively engage with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to generate insights, shape strategies, and co-create solutions that drive value for patients, healthcare providers, and Roche.
Your impact
As a PJP in Hemophilia, you will be the catalyst for change in the haemophilia patient journey, bridging the gap between Roche’s innovative treatments and the evolving needs of patients. By working at the forefront of patient care, you will play a key role in shaping the future of haemophilia treatment in Belgium and Luxembourg.
In this role, you will:
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing scientific expertise and sharing insights that guide the use of Roche’s haemophilia treatments, focusing on in-depth scientific discussions, product promotion and partnerships/projects.
* Ensure cross-functional team collaboration and contribute to strategic investment decisions that create patient & business value.
* Localise Integrated Strategy Plans and Integrated Evidence Plans, setting business outcomes and metrics, ensuring a clear purpose and vision, planning and execution plan in place, always in dialogue with the Team Lead of the Blood disorders team.
* Co-create solutions that generate measurable value for patients, the healthcare ecosystem, and Roche, while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
* Work within the broader Roche network to share and learn.
Who you are
* You have experience in a customer-facing role. Some knowledge of Hemophilia and the healthcare landscape is a plus: experience in the medical, marketing, or access functions, and familiarity with haemophilia treatments and patient needs.
* You demonstrate strong Leadership Skills, with a proven ability to (co) lead cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and drive stakeholder engagement.
* You show exceptional interpersonal skills in French, Dutch, and English, enabling effective collaboration within Roche and with ecosystem partners.
* You excel in strategic thinking, account & customer engagement planning and consultative persuasion.
If you are passionate about patient care, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at our dynamic organisation.
