As a Sales Representative, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Maxillofacial portfolio in Belgium. Our MF solutions offer market-leading surgical instruments, implants and systems. To our customers, we offer a comprehensive portfolio, tailored to their everyday needs helping improve patient- and hospital outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:
* Be the representative for our customers with the businesses assigned to you.
* Planning and executing business plans, implement strategies including outbuilding and solidifying your customer network and representing and implementing the full portfolio, optimizing patient outcomes.
* You are responsible for achieving your commercial goals including topline revenue targets and growing market share.
* As the point of contact to your customers, you are in charge of the commercial conversations, the follow-up and any negotiations coming out of this. Your customer network may include physicians, nursing staff, heads of department or purchasing.
* With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also occasionally provide in-theater support, if needed.
* You show collaboration within the team and greater Stryker organization.
* Be a good partner to our customers ensuring a long-term relationship and optimized customer satisfaction.
* Occasionally you will participate in congresses and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
* A sales professional with a passion for the medical device industry.
* At least 4 years’ experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
* A team player who is customer-focused.
* You hold a valid driver’s license.
* Communicative, written and spoken in French, Dutch and English.
