Your responsibilities
You will provide support to users on call and on site
You will carry out duties in compliance with established protocols
You will install, set up, and troubleshoot software and Hardware on computers in accordance with user requirements
You will manage licenses
You will update and document processes
You will maintain a degree of customer satisfaction and efficiently handle problems to ensure a great user experience
Your profile
You have a first experience in support and wants to improve your skills
You must be fluent in German (Mandatory), English and French is an asset
You already worked on MS Office and Windows
You are a curious and a good communicator
