Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and manage crisis situations, providing expert guidance and support.
* Coach junior consultants and trainees, fostering their professional growth.
* Collaborate with a team of three, reporting to the Team Leader.
* Conduct technical challenges and language tests as part of the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Minimum of three years of experience in a CSIRT role.
* Proficiency in French or Dutch (B2 level) and English.
* Strong listening skills to identify needs and manage crisis situations.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and challenges.
