Our client, a company active in the Clothing industry, in Wavre is looking for a self-employed (Freelance) Chief Commercial Officer ad.interim for a period of minimum 12 months.
The Chief Commercial Officer key responsibilities will include:
* Drive a full commercial relaunch across Europe.
* Represent the commercial voice of the company – both internally and to key accounts.
* Restructure and reinforce sales teams across 4 regional clusters in Europe.
* Implement best-in-class sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting tools.
* Lead all commercial activities across Europe.
* Support strategic planning, profitability targets, and go-to-market execution.
The key qualifications required for the role of Chief Commercial Officer:
* Proven leadership in B2B or B2B2C sales (ideally apparel, textile, or related sectors).
* Experience managing large, multicultural sales teams across Europe.
* Strong operational and strategic sales acumen.
* Field-driven mindset – comfortable leading from the front and mentoring teams on the ground.
* Track record of delivering growth and restructuring commercial teams.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* You need to be fluent in French and English.
