CMS is looking for an Online Marketing Officer in Brussels to cover a maternity leave for a period of 7 months. In this role, you will support legal partners, associates, and marketing colleagues in executing promotional activities across multiple channels and play a key part in managing our firms digital presence and marketing communications.
Profile:
Technical skills & Qualifications:
* Language proficiency: fluency in French and Dutch, plus excellent English writing skills
* Digital & IT Skills: proficiency in digital tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop) and content management systems
* Writing & Editing: strong writing skills, particularly in English, with a keen eye for spelling and grammar
* Document layout: sense of aesthetics and understanding of document layout and visual presentation
* Legal knowledge (a plus): a basic understanding of law is beneficial

Main responsibilities:
* Website management: maintain and update the firms website, including publications, events, lawyer profiles, news, and job advertisements. Coordinate with the central helpdesk for technical support.
* Social media management: draft, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts.
* Content coordination: work closely with lawyers and proofreaders to publish legal articles across various channels.
* Internal communications: collaborate with marketing colleagues and different departments to gather and draft content for the internal newsletter.
* Marketing materials: coordinate with the graphic designer for marketing collateral and event invitations. Step in as a backup for the graphic designer during holidays.
