Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and implement Kinaxis Maestro software based on customer business needs, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with user stories and project timelines.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and follow industry best practices.
* Lead data management, integration, and validation activities, ensuring successful data transformation, loading, and cleanup within Maestro.
* Perform Quality Control/Quality Assurance testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
* Conduct training sessions for customers, ensuring they understand the solution and its alignment with their business objectives.
* Document issues, consult with Kinaxis Customer Support, and contribute to process and documentation improvements.
* Support customers during the testing phase and deployment, ensuring they gain immediate value from the solution.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, etc.).
* 3-5 years of experience in software implementations or deployments, particularly in the supply chain or business planning domain.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
* Problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
* Experience with supply chain solutions (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Knowledge of supply chain processes, including forecasting, MRP, and production scheduling.
* Familiarity with SQL, R, JavaScript, or similar technical tools.
