District Manager, Customer Service & Parts (F/M) - BE861726
An international automotive group is actively looking for a District Manager - Customer Service & Parts to join its After Sales team truck division and support the 8 dealership groups representing 36 service points in Belgium & Luxembourg in their development.
Main Missions:
* To analyze the business potential of each dealership in the region in collaboration with your colleagues and to steer and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.
* Maintain close relations with the dealer groups by visiting them regularly in order to be able to report regularly on each activity to the group.
* Contribute to the clarification of customer issues, involving other partners where necessary.
* Keep up to date with market information and share this with colleagues.
Ideal Profile:
* You are fluent in French, English, and Flemish.
* You have an in-depth knowledge of the sector, in particular the service and parts sector.
* You have significant project management experience.
* You have good communication skills and are customer/service oriented.
* You will be able to achieve individual objectives as well as being a team player.
* You are familiar with performance indicators and have a good command of Power BI.
Other:
Possibility of working 2 days a week from home, with compulsory attendance in the office on Tuesdays for a business meeting with the team.
