As a Consultant Project Manager Office (PMO), you will be responsible for setting up, documenting, and following up on the Project Management Office within the organization, in accordance with ISO 15378 standards. You will define, implement, and optimize both new and existing processes to meet the requirements of this standard and improve overall project management practices.
Responsibilities
1. Setting Up the PMO:
2. Design and implement a PMO structure that complies with ISO 15378.
3. Define roles and responsibilities within the PMO.
4. Establish governance structures, reporting lines, and communication channels.
5. Documenting Processes:
6. Prepare detailed process documentation for both new and existing processes.
7. Document procedures, workflows, and standards in line with ISO 15378.
8. Ensure central storage and access to all documentation for relevant stakeholders.
9. Defining and Optimizing Processes
10. Evaluate existing project management processes and identify areas for improvement.
11. Develop new processes to meet ISO 15378 requirements.
12. Integrate best practices and standards into all PMO processes.
13. Monitoring and Supervision
14. Monitor and report on project progress and compliance with ISO 15378.
15. Implement a continuous improvement process for all PMO activities.
16. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
17. Training and Support
18. Provide training and support to project teams on the implemented PMO processes and ISO 15378 requirements.

20. Master in Engineering, Physics, or similar
21. Extensive experience in project management and setting up PMOs.
22. Knowledge of ISO 15378 standards or similar (ex. ISO 13485, …)
23. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
24. Excellent communication (ENG) and documentation skills.
25. Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
26. Experience in leading change and implementing new processes within an organization.
Requirements
27. Master in Engineering (Chemical, polymeer)
28. Extensive experience in project management and setting up PMOs.
29. Deep knowledge of ISO 15378 standards and application practices.
30. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
31. Excellent communication (ENG) and documentation skills.
32. Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
33. Experience in leading change and implementing new processes within an organization.
Practical information
34. Duration assignment: 6 months
35. Travel: only if necessary for project
36. Home office: 2 times a week but you are self organizing and flexible for your stakeholders
