JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a QSHE Team leader for our multi-client warehouse in Tessenderlo. Your Role
The Contract Logistic site QSHE Team leader (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment, Security and Dangerous Goods) manages, organizes, and develops all existing certifications, QSHE process controls, KPI and performance measurement, continuous improvement, and reporting processes within KN Contract Logistics site Tessenderlo to meet both internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer’s expectations. Thus, with the support of the national QSHE team and Branch Management and by supporting Business unit(s) and Functional unit(s) and their customers as required.
Your Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement QSHE culture to ensure customer satisfaction;
2. Establish and maintain quality processes compliant with internal directives;
3. Review and audit operational QSHE processes/structures;
4. Verify the use and effectiveness of QSHE processes according to regulations and client requirements;
5. Advise on setting Quality compliance objectives;
6. Focal point for all QSHE KPI and performance measurement and report processes;
7. Benchmark internal quality systems by performing and monitoring internal audits and self-inspections;
8. Monitor updating of all documents in different departments according to Quality Management & other relevant standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
9. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
10. Work experience of at least three years in a managerial QSHE-related position preferably within Logistics, pharma, or other rapidly changing environments;
11. Practical knowledge of QSHE management systems (GXP, GDP, GMP, DRMS, PDCA, H&S Culture, ISO standards (9001,14001,45001,13485, …), AEO, …), prevailing local and international legislation/guidelines & best practice;
12. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, …);
13. Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Dutch;
14. Special interest in regulations, quality systems, and processes;
15. Good communicator and team player;
16. Being able to work independently and be oriented.
