About the Role:
As an E2E Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our digital transformation. Your insights will drive data-informed decision-making across the plant, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency. You will design, develop, and maintain data solutions, ensuring our operations stay ahead of the curve.
Your Daily Impact
- Analyze business needs and identify data-driven solutions.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources, including IoT.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous testing and verification.
- Visualize insights with reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Support decision-making by translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Identify AI & ML opportunities and lead pilot projects.
- Collaborate locally & regionally, representing data-related topics.
Profiel
You’re a curious and driven digital native who enjoys solving complex challenges through data. You see the details, but also understand the bigger picture. Your ability to communicate technical insights to both IT and business teams makes you a valuable bridge between technology and operations.
Your Key Strengths:
- A master’s degree (max 2 years of working experience).
- Experience with or a strong willingness to learn Power BI, Power Platform, Thingworx, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to continuously learn.
- A plus if you speak Dutch, English proficiency is key.
- Work permit needs to be fixed before applying.
- Willingness for collective leave.
