Responsibilities:
1. You work for a wide range of clients from different sectors: chemicals, logistics, food, retail, banking, energy, real estate, pharmaceuticals, etc.
2. You support the client’s executive, communication, HR, and transformation teams.
3. You are responsible for the general monitoring of your clients' internal communication projects: developing and implementing communication strategies, drafting press releases, establishing press lists, identifying important stakeholders for your client, monitoring the media, working on translations, carrying out documentary research, and meeting with clients.
4. You integrate employee and change communication in a broader corporate affairs strategy.
5. You create and animate workshops and training sessions.
6. You contribute internally to the development of our Internal & Change department.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or a master’s degree.
Languages:
Dutch: native; English and French: fluent.
Professional Experience:
You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR/change communication (in-house or consultancy).
You develop long-term relationships of trust with your customers.
You have a strategic vision and the ability to translate your client's needs into a tailor-made offer.
You know how to manage a budget.
Experience in consultancy is an asset.

1. You communicate easily at the executive level.
2. You like to take initiatives, face challenges, and have a good track record in this area.
3. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. You have a good knowledge of the Belgian media, politics, and society.
5. You are aware of the current trends in digital and visual communication and master digital media and tools.

7. You make decisions quickly and take action.
8. You have the talent to actively use your network.
9. You have good organizational and planning skills.
10. You are known for your creative and critical mind and have a real team spirit.
