We are looking for an experienced and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts, qualify leads, and take them from prospect to closing in collaboration with our marketing and scientific team. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and engage key decision makers in nutraceutical, cosmetics and OEM companies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with R&D teams, purchasing managers, and founders. Use Sales Navigator, La Grosse Machine (LGM)/Lemlist, Prospeo, and Clay for targeted outbound outreach. Execute personalized outreach caigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to generate qualified opportunities. Maintain an outreach quota, ensuring consistent pipeline growth. 2. Sales Pipeline & Closing Take charge of inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them into sales opportunities. Book and conduct discovery calls, understanding prospects pain points and presenting tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, in collaboration with the marketing team and scientific team. Present axabios value proposition, differentiating our astaxanthin from competitors. Consistently hit revenue targets by optimizing lead conversion rates and securing customer commitments. 3. Market Intelligence & CRM Optimization Keep HubSpot CRM updated with all sales activities, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline and conversion rates. Monitor intents, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and improve lead quality. What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in nutraceuticals, functional ingredients, or life sciences (not mandatory). Strong track record in outbound prospecting, with a high closing rate. Experience selling to R&D teams, founders, and purchasing managers in the nutraceutical and cosmetic space is a plus. Proficiency in Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and outbound tools (LGM, Prospeo, Clay, etc.) is a strong advantage. Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and technical information clearly to non experts. Excellent communication skills you know how to craft compelling messages and pitch convincingly.
