Someone who gets energy from connecting with partners on the phone. You will be the main point of contact for our partners, focusing on retention, upselling and being the point of contact for any of their incoming questions.Your roleAs a Partner Growth Specialist, you'll join our team in our office and will be in close contact with your portfolio of ±1000 independent partners daily.By supporting the stores, you ensure they have an amazing experience with Too Good To Go and become real ambassadors of the food waste revolution.- You are empathetic when communicating with our partner stores on the phone, understand their needs, and guide them toward a collaboration that benefits the stores and Too Good To Go.- Through your actions, the partners can incorporate Too Good To Go into their daily business and offer all of their surplus food on the app.- You find creative ways to get our message across to our partners. The most common ways are phone calls and mail campaigns.You develop in-depth knowledge of how Too Good To Go works, work closely with our Independent Sales Team, and maintain a transnational exchange with your colleagues to share best practices- Requirements:- You enjoy providing solutions via Ideally, you bring experience in a client-facing role, such as Sales or B2B Customer Service.- the phone and display great interpersonal and communication skills.- You thrive in working with KPIs and targets, like working towards a goal.- You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
