Setting up, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural projects. Collaborating closely with the design team, project architects, and architects to ensure the accuracy and currency of all project data. Ensuring that BIM processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Maintaining communication with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of BIM systems. A degree in Applied Architecture, Assistant Architect, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Proven experience working on large-scale projects. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous. Knowledge of Solibri, Navisworks, or Dynamo is a bonus. A strong desire to continuously learn and develop new skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
