In addition to living our purpose, as a consultant in our team, you will:
1. Work with Belgian and International Small & Medium enterprises & Scale-up clients to solve their problems, develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in Marketing, Sales and Service and support them in understanding how digital solutions can help
2. Be responsible of a work-stream and coordinate with Deloitte colleagues who are in on your team to co-deliver successfully
3. Deliver different phases of a digital transformation project using Salesforce as a platform: Analysis, blueprint design, technical design, implementation and configuration, testing and Go-live
4. Support in the growth of our business by actively contributing to proposals
5. Be able to provide operate services to existing clients (e.g. enhancing the solution or being a point of contact for questions) in combination with transformation work.
Let's talk about you
6. You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementations projects
7. Good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
8. Interest in or knowledge of working in a SME / scale-up context
9. The ability to translate Business Objectives, Sales Strategies & Methodologies into technical requirements
10. A good knowledge of Marketing, Sales and/or Services departments operations
11. Knowledge of Agile and experience delivering projects in an Agile methodology is a plus.
12. Strong communication skills with a team player mentality
13. Outstanding analytical skills and you are intellectually curious
14. Strong workshop preparation & facilitation skills and you’re able to challenge clients in a professional manner
15. You have a true willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team
16. You have some experience or a strong appetite for coaching others & learn from feedback
17. You are open to working in an local, national and international environment
18. Quickly building strong relationships with clients comes natural to you and you are able to act as the single point of contact for a client
19. Strong English and Dutch/French written and oral communication skills
20. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies such as Salesforce, or alternatively Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or HubSpot is a plus.
