The position as Sales Coordinator
As Sales Coordinator, you will support our Retail Channel with product knowledge for Consumer Electronics and Hearing Care. You will provide support to our Key Account Managers in Benelux and France. You will ensure product data accuracy, coordinate product launches, provide training, and support marketing efforts. You will also act as a bridge between Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
Key responsibilities
1. Assist sales staff with administrative support and information requests.
2. Coordinate and support local, regional, and national events and trade shows.
3. Provide support to the marketing team.
4. Manage programs like the Sennheiser Distribution System (SDS).
5. Maintain CRM data for internal and external customers.
6. Optimize sales processes with key customers.
7. Provide tools and support for promotional activities.
8. Provide support for forecasting.
9. Interact with global sales team.
10. Possibility to travel abroad for sales events (5% of time on year basis)
Your profile and key experience
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
12. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
13. Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
14. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
15. 3+ years in sales administration or marketing preferred.
16. Junior profile with eagerness to learn and grow is also welcome.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel), CRM software, and JD Edwards.
18. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
19. Interest in audio technology and strong sales orientation.
