1. POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern in their final year of studies to support our efforts in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand presence. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B healthcare marketing environment, contributing to strategic projects across the EMEA region.
This internship is designed for a driven business school or university student eager to make a real impact. You will work closely with our marketing and communication managers, supporting a variety of exciting projects and initiatives across the EMEA region.
2. JOB FUNCTIONS
Marketing Support
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Support the creation and localization of marketing materials, including brochures, sales presentations, and digital content.
* Assist in the design and development of marketing collaterals using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
* Manage sample requests and the internal tracking process.
Communication Support
* Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
* Support internal communication efforts, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
* Work closely with external agencies and vendors to coordinate marketing materials and projects
Analytical Support
* Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
* Monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Sales Support
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop supporting materials.
* Develop product benchmark and competitive analysis
* Assist in creating and updating sales presentations, product demos, and other sales collateral.
* Help coordinate and support sales training sessions and workshops.
3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Final-year student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Creative Design or a related field.
* Previous internship or project experience in marketing, design, or communication is a plus.
4. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with digital design tools (Pardot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent, video creation) is a plus.
* Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding principles.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Understanding of cultural diversity and ability to work in an international environment.
* Hands-on mentality & a desire to work in a mid-sized medical company with an entrepreneurial culture.
* Fluent in English and one additional language is a plus (German, French, Dutch preferred).
5. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Located in Diegem, Belgium (Brussels area), hybrid (3 days in the office)
Minimum 6 month internship duration
