Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance & SCC Platforms. YOUR TASKS
1. Serve as the business partner and trusted advisor to global functional teams: Finance/Tax/Treasury and Shared Services Centers, while providing technical thought leadership.
2. Apply project and project portfolio management best practices to CoreIT program portfolio, including dependency analysis, risk management, and status updates to Senior Management teams and CTO technical leads.
3. Manage project and business risks including transparent management reporting and budgeting.
4. Collaborate with the Transformation Office on the IT intake process and prioritization of projects, with right business justifications and evaluate downstream/upstream impacts, in resourcing, timeline, etc.
5. Manage CoreIT program tollgate processes, host our client's tollgate meetings for sign-off/approval, and train CoreIT program/project managers on tollgate requirements and preparations.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Operations, or other related industry experience.
2. Clear-minded thinker who can piece together system and data flows (downstream, midstream, and upstream) and identify business/user impacts, data flow, and process flow. Also, to mitigate risks is a task.
3. Ability to work with senior-level management, business units, and corporate staff executives to develop a technology strategy that is integrated with IT and across all business units.
4. Experience in process analysis and development of technical concepts, configuration, and implementation in the area of SAP ERP, Finance & Controlling.
5. Strong understanding of each business unit to include their business drivers for success, process, and approaches to business models.
6. Proven success in business partnerships and portfolio management that enable transparency and accountability across the organization.
7. Ability to build and leverage vendor/services provider relationships to improve support.
