Headquartered in Weelde (near Turnhout), our factories in Belgium and Poland offer a flexible production system and produce a wide variety of cast iron parts and assemblies for various OEMs: stoves and fireplaces, cookware, home appliances, industrial machines, The International Sales Development Representative, a natural born business hunter, will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and acquiring new OEM clients for the Dovre Foundry. Your Profile: Your main goal will be to expand Dovre Foundrys OEM clients base and increase sales revenue by acquiring and nurturing new OEM business prospects. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new OEM clients Lead generation, qualification and pipeline management Cold calling, networking, visiting fairs, representing Dovre Foundry at fairs, online outreach, Lead qualification based on technical feasibility, financial return, purchase timeline, Follow up leads and opportunities to move them ahead through the pipeline Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target organisations Develop and maintain strategic account development and sales plans Collaborate with internal teams (sales support and customer service, marketing, product development, finance, production, logistics) to ensure seamless client experience Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress and forecast Negotiate and close sales deals Monitor client satisfaction and address any issue to maintain strong client relationships You report to the Sales & Marketing Manager, in charge of all Dovre business lines. Your Skills and Qualifications: You hold a masters degree (industrial engineering, commercial sciences) or equivalent through experience You have min 3 to 5 years of international business development experience, preferably in an industrial/OEM environment You have a proven track record of successful new sales and clients acquisition You possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities You are structured and organized and can lead multiple projects at the same time You can work independently and manage time You are an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter You are highly resistant to stress You speak Dutch and English German and French are important assets.
