As a Sales Representative, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Orthopedic Instruments – covering Liege, Namur, Luxembourg and Luxembourg Country. Whether it is in the operating theatre, trade shows or clinical meetings, you will conduct inspiring product demonstrations that surgeons and hospital staff can’t help but say “yes” to your sales pitches. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.

Your key responsibilities:
* Start with an intensive familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
* Implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
* Advise and train surgical & theatre staff on product use during workshops.
* Responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
* Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
* Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
* +- 4 years of sales experience, preferably within medical devices or similar industries like pharmaceuticals.
* Capital Equipment sales experience is a plus, but not a must.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical technology, health management, business administration or other science or technical career.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
