The Person (requirements):
Work Experience Required
1. Relevant experience in CS Center preferably in an international environment
2. Experience in handling Claims
3. Experience in back-office function
Skills & Knowledge required
1. Knowledge of SAP - advantage
2. Good MS office knowledge
3. Excellent skills in written and spoken local languages (Dutch & French) and English
4. General administration level with commercial background
5. Customer satisfaction oriented
6. Problem solving oriented
