- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition strategy
- Supervise onboarding process for new starters
- Manage an entire recruitment process; drafting job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and draft job requirements and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outside recruitment agencies, headhunters and other talent sources.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to increase company brand awareness and attract top candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports to understand the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.
