Join us as a Business Development & Pricing Analyst to guarantee the highest quality level of pricing for our Customer Centers and support the development of our spare parts business.
In this dynamic role, you will analyze market situations by country and Customer Center to identify opportunities for price-driven, sustainable, and profitable growth. You'll be responsible for defining and maintaining the pricing of relevant CT aftermarket products according to our CTS strategy. Additionally, you'll ensure a continuous and transparent relationship between CTS Product Managers and Customer Centers.
In your role you will report to the CTS Pricing Manager
Business development:
1. Develop the required tools to support Customer Centers in getting insight in their local pricing; price effect, price elasticity, potentional, optimal price,
2. Develop trainings on pricing strategy and ensure all customer centers are competent to implement this in their local markets.
3. Transfer price management with respect to brand, cross country and product strategy
4. Make price adaptations to the Customer Centers and give advice regarding prices
5. Ensure we retrieve the right market data and feedback on market prices from customer center
6. Analyze competitor data and implement a follow up system of competitor prices in our pricing software
7. Maintain and further develop communication on price changes and relevant data to the customer center
8. Support product managers and pricing with specific training of customer centers
9. Interact with the other members of the CTS Marketing Team to support and maintain focus on growth and profitability in spare parts business.
Pricing Analyst:
10. Analyze, set up or correct pricing families together with the product managers and our customer center
11. Support our global pricing coordinators in their pricing activities with crucial information, training and tools
12. Analyze the business per each entity in terms of price elasticity, price-demand metrics and competition, to enhance customer relations as well as business growth and overall profitability
13. Identify areas for price correction and improvement with respect to profit growth division
To succeed, you will need
14. University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economy, Engineering,…) or equal by experience
15. Commercial or marketing experience in either service or equipment
16. Technical knowledge on compressors is a benefit
17. Customer oriented mindset with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
18. High analytical skills
