As Service Delivery Technical Team Leader at LCL, your responsibilities include:
* Leading and Coaching: Managing daily tasks, allocating responsibilities, and guiding professional development through coaching and feedback for data center technicians and supervisors.
* Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, implementing improvement measures after incidents or audits.
* Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
* Project and Planning Coordination: Creating project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and resources, and resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments (e.g., Critical Infrastructure).
* Technical Support: Serving as a point of contact for technical questions and facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
* Reporting and Improvement: Monitoring project progress and results, reporting to management, and focusing on continuous improvement.
You will coordinate projects, develop procedures, and ensure quality and safety while leading a technical team and promoting the growth of your team members within a sustainable and innovative organization.

* A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, obtained through technical education or equivalent experience.

* Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and successfully lead a team.
* Proficiency in multiple languages (Dutch, French, English), customer focus, and attention to detail are essential for delivering exceptional results.
